	WILLOW CREEK APTS (2.4/5) (256) 878 - 7877 1000-1 BALTIMORE AVE , ALBERTVILLE , AL 35950 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 108, assisted housing category: subsidized - previously insured, contract term: 240 months, lmsa , between 121% & 130% fmr, 2be David Bell (2.6/5) A lot of the apartments have mold and mildew on the walls. On the apartments.com listing it says they have ceiling fans, which is incorrect. It says they are smoke free, which is in incorrect.
