Mike does a fantastic job as our property manager He is knowledgable a good communicator very responsive and extremely thorough He has helped us increase our rental income and he is on top of laws pertaining to rentals and the eviction process He Mike does a fantastic job as our property manager He is knowledgable a good communicator very responsive and extremely thorough He has helped us increase our rental income and he is on top of laws pertaining to rentals and the eviction process He does a great job screening tenants and hes helped improve our advertising of open units It is also very convenient that he handles maintenance issues without having to call around and wait for different contractors He handles the maintenance for all of our rental properties We have always been pleased with his work His maintenance is very fast and done well His paint jobs look very professional and I say this as someone who is picky His crew is friendly and professional too I highly recommend for both property management and maintenance more ... hide ...
