Everyone is friendly, Someone asked me if my name was Denise and I looked puzzled (I had only been here a week). They told me my name is on the video screen. The office staff is kind and accomodating. They list all new tenants. They thank volunteers. They are available when you have a need. They have a emergency manager on site for after hour issues.
