Within my first week here, the neighbors across the hall repeatedly knocked on our door asking if their bridgecard had been sent to our house. They wouldn't leave us alone. Then, the next week, a different neighbor left their stereo on for three days while they were out of town. Imagine listening to a very loud radio for three days straight without it getting turned off. When we moved in, our bathtub was leaking and our toilet broke and sprayed water everywhere. Our refrigerator also broke, but good luck trying to get maintenance out in a timely manner to fix anything. All of our food went to waste. Maintenance finally came about a week later and "fixed" the situation, but the problems persisted. The windows leak every time it rains and maintenance said they won't fix it due to lack of funds. The neighbors throw parties all times of night and let their horrible kids run wild and harass the neighbors. The hallway constantly smells like weed because of this. We had a storm in April and the roof in the hallway caved in as a result. My cupboards were leaking from the storm and now have mold in them as well because maintenance has yet to come fix them despite saying they would. The site manager is hardly ever in the office when you need her and there have been 3 site managers since I've lived here. My kitchen sink was leaking for months before it finally got fixed more ... hide ...

I moved in last week, and am still waiting for a dishwasher, garbage disposal, bedroom and closet doors, light fixtures, switch/outlet covers, and a loose toilet. When I moved in, I found a bunch of screws and razors lying around, which is especially concerning since I have a two-year-old toddler. It's been impossible to get ahold of anyone in the front office, but I eventually got a long list of repairs that need to be done. Despite the high rent, no maintenance has been done. The apartment is still unfinished. On top of that, the noisy, inconsiderate neighbors make it even worse. To make matters worse, I've had a dishwasher, still in its packaging, sitting in my living room since April. Last night, someone from upstairs dropped something that splattered by my door. I put in a work order to get it cleaned, but I'm expecting that it won't be taken care of for three months. This place is awful and I'd advise against moving here. more ... hide ...

Terrible management apartments I moved in last year in April when we moved in the apartment was never properly cleaned it still had things from the previous tenants the patio door was broken so they put a stick to keep it closed prevent anyone from Terrible management apartments I moved in last year in April when we moved in the apartment was never properly cleaned it still had things from the previous tenants the patio door was broken so they put a stick to keep it closed prevent anyone from coming in maintenance never came to fix any of the problems halfway through our lease we got new management they never came to see any of the problems we had in the apartment after I told them about the problems we had before moving in new management is very good at contacting you for their needs but never respond to the problems you have with the apartment during the process of them taking over some how they lost my file which included my social Security number my childrens my boyfriends I recently moved out have emailed the office manager plenty of time on what happened with the inspection of the apartment my deposit considering the damage that was done in the apartment was never from us which I have Proof I do not recommend these apartments to anyone more ... hide ...
