I am quite fond of the new manager and other office personnel, both of whom are very amiable. I would appreciate it if they vacuumed or tidied up the hallways more frequently. I understand that due to Covid, there may be less help. The maintenance man is also very courteous. I witnessed the police officers in the lobby with two men, who I assume live here, taking notes. I don't recall any disturbances from years ago. Now that I am back, I hope there is no need to be apprehensive. The people on my floor have been very inviting and I am grateful. I heard about a recent flood and a mouse problem for which an exterminator was called. If feasible, I think more regular hallway cleaning may be beneficial. I am delighted to be back here and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. This is still a pleasant place to reside and I especially appreciate the new office staff, Pam and Lolita. Thank you for making home just as welcoming, if not more so, now.more ...hide ...
