I just had a baby girl and for me DeWitt is a good place to start a family We have been living in one of the townhouses in Avalon Place and Im glad that we chose a townhouse instead of the apartments We never had any problems except that one time whe I just had a baby girl and for me DeWitt is a good place to start a family We have been living in one of the townhouses in Avalon Place and Im glad that we chose a townhouse instead of the apartments We never had any problems except that one time when we thought there was a leak and I was told that it wont be fixed for 23 days but they fixed it the next day Its quiet good neighborhood and easy access to grocery stores cafes etc The staffs are also always nice to us We used to live in this apartment in East Lansing and Im glad we didnt renew our lease and moved here right away I have nothing else to say but good things about this place more ... hide ...

I have lived here for 2 years I love the community and location The management listens and takes action when needed I have never had a problem getting things fixed I have lived here 3 different times in my life and had great experience each time

Love my apartment community My neighbors are great never have noise complaints Management addresses issues almost instantly My stove stopped working and maintenance came in the very same day to fix Highly recommend
