Parkway Meadows has truly gone downhill since the new management took over. Everything is so expensive now! They've put in a lot of new regulations that make no sense, such as outlawing BBQ grills on patios even though many of the townhouses have theParkway Meadows has truly gone downhill since the new management took over. They took the playground away but didn't replace it with new equipment, so we're stuck with the same old decrepit playground from the '70s with broken pieces. Last year, they even tried to close the pool and not let kids use it! On top of that, they shut down the clubhouse that has been used for family gatherings for decades because they wanted to find a way to make money off of us without the government's permission. It's outrageous that they'd take it out on the residents like this when all we had to pay before was a refundable deposit and a $35 cleaning fee. The exorbitant costs are too much for Section 8, and the new management is completely inept. This could be why there's a constant turnover of personnel every couple of months.more ...hide ...
