I lived at Parkway Meadows from 2004 to 2008I moved back from California on 0901 this year During my absence I have found great changes have taken place The environment is much more beautiful than before The lawn is take good care of A new sto I lived at Parkway Meadows from 2004 to 2008I moved back from California on 0901 this year During my absence I have found great changes have taken place The environment is much more beautiful than before The lawn is take good care of A new stone wall surrounds the pond Tall white fences embrace the vegetable garden which used to be an eye sore The indoor remodeling is impressive Benches and chairs are set along the pavement The staff members are all nice polite and understanding One important factor that I like the apartment is that the residents have Mr Paolo Pastrone as their manager He is the best manager they have had in those many years He is caring diligent and efficient His noble personality touches my heartnThe last but not the least is the residents enjoy the most convenient public transportation We can go anywhere we like in Ann Arbor by taking free bus rides I like Parkway Meadow and I love Parkway Meadows more ... hide ...

Think twice before you move in this place you will have no privacy these people will even stalk you on social media Palio who is manager or he calls himself is rude and will try to belittle you or worse You will not have peace people who post negativ Think twice before you move in this place you will have no privacy these people will even stalk you on social media Palio who is manager or he calls himself is rude and will try to belittle you or worse You will not have peace people who post negative reviews on here have lived there they want to let others know to beware without having Parkway Meadows make their lives miserable if they still live there It may look nice but many tenants are scared to speak the truth and wish they could move people who do speak the truth could be threatened by management Dont be fooled by appearance its not a place you will ever call home Only move here if your absolutely desperate They dont use section 8 as a way to uplift people they use it as a weapon HUD housing needs to do an investigation of management and their true treatment of tenants this place is shameful on so many levels more ... hide ...

Parkway Meadows has truly gone downhill since the new management took over. Everything is so expensive now! They've put in a lot of new regulations that make no sense, such as outlawing BBQ grills on patios even though many of the townhouses have the Parkway Meadows has truly gone downhill since the new management took over. They took the playground away but didn't replace it with new equipment, so we're stuck with the same old decrepit playground from the '70s with broken pieces. Last year, they even tried to close the pool and not let kids use it! On top of that, they shut down the clubhouse that has been used for family gatherings for decades because they wanted to find a way to make money off of us without the government's permission. It's outrageous that they'd take it out on the residents like this when all we had to pay before was a refundable deposit and a $35 cleaning fee. The exorbitant costs are too much for Section 8, and the new management is completely inept. This could be why there's a constant turnover of personnel every couple of months. more ... hide ...
