I was invited to a job interview at the Parkwood Manor location, and I was appalled by the lack of professionalism shown by both the staff at the office and the corporate office. My appointment was on a Monday morning and, even though I arrived twent I was invited to a job interview at the Parkwood Manor location, and I was appalled by the lack of professionalism shown by both the staff at the office and the corporate office. My appointment was on a Monday morning and, even though I arrived twenty minutes early, the door was locked. I tried to contact the office numerous times, but they refused to let me in. I also tried multiple times to call the district manager I was scheduled to meet with, Ebony Summers, yet I'm still waiting for a response after three days. After this unsuccessful meeting, I phoned the corporate office to express my dissatisfaction with the personnel at the location, but I haven't yet received an answer. This company should be embarrassed for claiming that their core values include putting clients and guests first and doing what is right even when no one is watching. In my opinion, anyone who rents from (or works for) this company is taking a risk when it comes to resolving issues. more ... hide ...
