I moved to pine Ridge 5 months ago I came to the US to start a new job so I did not have the chance to look for places so I was depending on photos and email communications My apartment was renovated and I was the first to move in to it so It was greI moved to pine Ridge 5 months ago I came to the US to start a new job so I did not have the chance to look for places so I was depending on photos and email communications My apartment was renovated and I was the first to move in to it so It was great However they renovated everything except the main door patio door and windows The main door is very old and it had sticky and gross stuff on it The same thing to the patio and windows so I had to use Clorox to remove the gross stuff Also My main door has marks that somebody tried to get into the apartment I asked the manager if it is possible to change it and I did not get get an answer other than it is expensive despite they have changed other residents main doors I had paint on my floor and I asked the manager if they would be able to clean it so they claim that they did bit I had to clean it myself The maintenance guys are nice and on time but they make a mess and dont clean it before they leave your apartment I could tell sometimes that they were in my apartment from the mess they leave During the first snow storm I had snow in my apartment from the patio door and I could not keep the apartment warm enough and the thermostat was set at 75 F However they fixed it There are tree branches behind the building that they still thinking if they will remove it or not The rent is high where you need to pay for all utilities and there internet connection but it is only for simple use such as checking emails or Fb but you cannot load a video One major downside their business hours are from 9Am to 6 PM from MonFri and they do not open Sat or Sun which makes it difficult on any type of persontoperson communication Overall I dont think that they provide a good service that would make you their loyal resident I am planning to look for another place before my lease ends Also I am just surprised how they are responding to good reviews here but they dont appreciate the criticism to improve their servicesmore ...hide ...
