I have had a negative experience with the Shepley Apartments management, who have been known to retaliate against tenants who violate their lease agreements. Its pretty ridiculous when people who really need help with a cheaper apartment due to their low income cant get in to low income apartments Tried three different times and with cosigners to get approved at this place and all they did was waste our Its pretty ridiculous when people who really need help with a cheaper apartment due to their low income cant get in to low income apartments Tried three different times and with cosigners to get approved at this place and all they did was waste our time and money You will have to pay each time you get your credit ran so if you dont get approved the first time then dont bother because they will keep lying to you and telling you that you can still get approved so you keep paying for credit checks Someone should really educate these people on how its hard to have stellar credit when you have a poverty level income FYI my credit was good enough to get approved for a car loan through a local credit union 2 weeks ago not at a buy here pay here place either so its pretty sad I can get approved for a car loan but not an apartment more ... hide ...
