A lot of noise - You can hear whatever your neighbor upstairs or downstairs is doing. 3. Varying rent - Is this even legitimate? Ask your neighbors what they are paying! 4. Poor security - The front door key opens EVERY front door in the complex, thus making sure you trust all your neighbors. 5. No online bill payment - What decade is this?! 6. Margaret - She is the absolute worst. She will tell you anything you want to hear to get you to sign a lease (unless you are black) and then become a belligerent and nasty old lady once you are stuck in the contract. Don't even think about trying to sublease, she won't approve of it. 7. Most importantly, there is no communication with the Sam Cassar Company. You can contact them all you want, but they won't respond back directly. Margaret acts as if she is God and is not held accountable for anything. You will unavoidably encounter some issue with her and there is no way to go above her. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I would not suggest this place, or any other Sam Cassar Company properties. They are stuck in the 1960s and do not more ... hide ...
