ITS A NICE BUILDING IN LOCATION BUT THE WOMEN AT THE FRONT DESK ARE NO GOOD THEY WILL KICK U OUT IF U STAND UP FOR YOURSELF AGAINST THERE WRONG DOING THEY ARE GRIMY SO KEEP RECEIPTS OF ALL PAYMENTS AND PAPERWORK

Really nice place 2 live especially since the renovation and new staff lived here for about five years now only had one problem a package was stolen from my front door other than that nice place to stay

I lived there but had too move because of a domestic violence relationship I owed one month rent moved out of town When I felt ot was safe too move back too Detroit two years later I contacted the office management she agreed too let me move back in more ...

The places are nice but the management is horrible.... You can never get anything fixed for the amount of money they want for rent its crazy...you shouldnt have to wait years for nothing to get done period.
