I have lived here almost 2 years I HATE it Ive lived in a few other apartments they were so much more peaceful than here First off matience will not come fix anything unless its an absolute emergency My water heater has been out for 5 months they I have lived here almost 2 years I HATE it Ive lived in a few other apartments they were so much more peaceful than here First off matience will not come fix anything unless its an absolute emergency My water heater has been out for 5 months they still havent replaced it My fridge leaks water they still have never fixed it We have to fix almost everything in the house at all times Secondly the kids out here are ridiculous I have kids but these kids out here run around nonstop and are disrespectful They play in my patio section throw toys at my vehicles get into everything And the neighbors are very rude They start things if you are not friends with them personally Would not recommend this place at all its an absolute headache more ... hide ...

I live in Oxford Roe 2 which is also low income housing I have witnessed since my year of living hear great inequality Cranbrook is the other rental property which is all in the same complex Those apartments look clean and well maintained Oxford Roe I live in Oxford Roe 2 which is also low income housing I have witnessed since my year of living hear great inequality Cranbrook is the other rental property which is all in the same complex Those apartments look clean and well maintained Oxford Roe 2 on the other hand is kept to bare minimal condition I think is is normal for nothing to b e replaced new if it needs to be fixed it last until it totally breaks down or when some used is available when I moved in there were birds in the vents and the smell has lasted a year and increasingly getting worse as they cleaned one Air duct out of 2 Kristen the prior manager cared more for money and getting ahead in her career than the well being of renters I am going to have to call the district manager about the air ducts as the mentality of the managers is money first renters last That is not a good way to run any business or organization the people at the top should know how bad these low income apartments are kept up and how littler management does to keep it hat way more ... hide ...
