As a resident The new owners are makin a lot of changes that are working out 2 be great Our hallways are smelling good we have doggie stations and trash cans on grounds Also the office is open everyday and with very friendly staff now Nice Changes

3 washers 3 dryers for 42 units Neighbors stink No BALconies they dont clean the hallways units are small plus is all utilties are paid but doesnt go by your income People assume it does
