Found out from another tenant that the landlady told them she thought we were drug dealers and that she was making up the complaints, attempted to appeal the eviction notice and noise complaints with the company, who stood behind their landlady. Went to court to settle, have paid them 1.5x what i owed for move out, eviction hasnt been removed from record, and recieved a bill recently stating i still owe them, amd its for more than the original amount. more ... hide ...
