Receiving three stars, this place could certainly be worse. Firstly, there's the roaches that invade, no matter how often you spray, lay traps, and clean. Secondly, there's the office lady, Rosa, who is in a relationship with the maintenance man who has a family. It's quite common to see them not working, and they often go missing to Rosa's apartment, take long rides on the golf cart, and lock themselves in the office. Rosa is incredibly lazy and is never in the office and never picks up the phone. As for the broken things, like the pool gate cameras, don't even bother asking to see them since they don't work. All in all, it's a quiet place, aside from the occasional loud music until 1am. The place is old and not up to date, the maintenance is poor, Rosa is no good at her job, and there's a lot of roaches. Plus, there's some questionable people on one side. Good luck to those that stay. I'm glad I moved. more ... hide ...

As a Maintence tech I worked here at this location shortly and this property is well kept and maintained The property manager here she has definite knowledge and does a superb job
