Not so bad the manager was excellent and got me and apt right away and the maintenance people are friendly and nicenOne problem the upstairs neighbor louder than hell I get no sleep at night they dont control there kids no respect for other

New landlord is very nice and is pushing for better people to move in and drama rarely happens if it does go to the landlord she will put a stop its gotten way better since the new manager came and I love the place

would not recommend anyone to rent from this company they allow drugs in all the complexes manager appears to be friendly but in all reality will stab you in the back to keep grace with the company the maintance people will go into your apartment s more ...
