They will bring up past tenants' behavior if they believe you to be impolite. Furthermore, living with roommates is not an option, as the landlord will only address one individual and disregard the others. Furthermore, expect bugs and insects to be everywhere, as the landlord fails to take measures to prevent them from entering while also not making any effort to get rid of them.
