I visited a friend while there I see the carpeting in the hallways are torn out from what I was told they are upgrading the building which includes new appliances

Loring towers needs to control their tenants I can hear the loud parties in the parking lot at night half a block away I know because when I am awakened at 2 in the morning to see what racket is I can open the window and trace the sound to the Loring more ...
