They will bring up past tenants' behavior if they believe you to be impolite. The property company that owns the place will not cooperate with you at all; after multiple inquiries about infestations and damaged appliances, I received no response. You should also expect to be constantly threatened about eviction in a passive-aggressive manner. Additionally, some of the deposits you give them are nonrefundable, which invalidates the purpose of a deposit. Furthermore, living with roommates is not an option, as the landlord will only address one individual and disregard the others. Furthermore, expect bugs and insects to be everywhere, as the landlord fails to take measures to prevent them from entering while also not making any effort to get rid of them. So then I told EVE that I did not live with her and she continued to argue with me telling me that I do. Then I started getting very anxious because I suffer from anxiety and I almost started crying for the way she was treating me.
