People are super rude

Having been a resident of Covenant Place since April of 20011 I can attest to the quality of life in this community The management is superb and I have never had cause to complain about a lack of services I highly recommend this apartment complex Having been a resident of Covenant Place since April of 20011 I can attest to the quality of life in this community The management is superb and I have never had cause to complain about a lack of services I highly recommend this apartment complex to any and all Seniors who desire a safe secure and comfortable environment surrounded by caring individuals This is a 5 star place to livenThe management endeavors to provide a wide variety of activities nourishing evening meals 5 days a week excluding holidays and the services of a full time social worker to assist the members of the community Come check us out and join me and 300 others who are satisfied and pleased with our housing You wont have any regrets more ... hide ...

Been living at Covenant Place Apts going on three years now have never had hot water to date If youre lucky you may get a spurt of lukewarm water but majority of time the water is ice cold to cool You cannot shower nor do dishes in cold water For th Been living at Covenant Place Apts going on three years now have never had hot water to date If youre lucky you may get a spurt of lukewarm water but majority of time the water is ice cold to cool You cannot shower nor do dishes in cold water For three years my complaints to the mgmt maintenance have fallen on deaf ears Its a joke to them In fact nobody in this entire bldg has hot water which is a direcr violation of HUD which mandates they provide both heat hot water for their tenants This is also a major Health Code violation as well more ... hide ...
