I have been here since 2019 and I'm loving it. There's always something to do and they keep us healthy with monthly check-ups. They even have a Pheonex Senior Advocate to aid us with whatever we need, including paperwork. Helen helped me transition f I have been here since 2019 and I'm loving it. Helen helped me transition from Nebraska to Missouri with medical applications and showed me how to get to my doctors and even Wal Mart. Shelly and Casey, who manage John Calvin Manor, have been kind and understanding as I experienced some financial issues. People here come from different walks of life, including young and old, kind and accommodating. The exterminator comes by every two months and uses a humane bug spray that really works. I've only seen a single bug in my sink, which I'm inclined to believe I brought in from being outdoors. I'd greatly recommend this place, as they even allow small dogs and cats. more ... hide ...
