Its definitely not anyplace I would recommend to anyone I lived there before The small town atmosphere is great but its not enough to make me want to visit again

Do not rent from these people Multiple cracks in my walls due to leaks that are leaking into the walls everytime it rains which they keep patching the holes and crackswith caulking According to the owner every time something goes wrong its your faultDo not rent from these people Multiple cracks in my walls due to leaks that are leaking into the walls everytime it rains which they keep patching the holes and crackswith caulking According to the owner every time something goes wrong its your fault My kids closet door which is made off cardboard has fallen off 12 times in2 years hitting them multiple times they keep bandaiding the problem then when it feel off again and hit the bed knocking a hole inn the door it was somehow my fault again Apartment has flooded over17 times in2 years because the drains outside my door back up in the rain and had flooded into my house each time and they dont even give me any way of removing the water from my carpet myself nor do they send anyone out to remove the water from the carpet when it floods I have wood bees that have eaten holes on my upstairs neighbors porch which i have now been accused of drilling holes because they dont knowsley a wood bee is even though i have showed them the bees in the holes and the wood dust falling out behind the bees yet Im still drilling holes in the wood apparently Also the maintenance people ripped my cable line and phone line out of the walls from the outside when they put on New siding leaving holes in my walls and yet again that was blamed on me When they ripped out the lines the revised to fix it and revised to allow the cable company and phone company to run New lines of they had to go through the new siding needles to say both companies came out and told me they couldnt run the lines due to the owners specifications That left me with a major bill i was stuck with that they refused to make good on since i wouldnt have had the bill had they not ripped out the lines or allowed new ones to be ran There is so many drugs and felons living here off leaseis that its not funny Have them all info they said they needed to remove the people and still they did nothing Its simply another low income housing only interested in getting there money and doing as little as possible 800 a month for a 3 bedroom apartment in buckner when i had a 3 bedroom house out here for half that and it was worlds better than this place All i can say is run run fast dont move here unless its an absolute last resort and even then get out as soon as you canmore ...hide ...
