That is all forfeited due to the outrageous sum charged for "repairs" when you move out. They changed our carpeting, and also charged us to have the carpet cleaned? What? We also fixed all the breaches and walls upon move out, AND put down a layer of primer to avoid extra charges. They charged us almost $2000 for wall repair, primer, and 2 coats of paint. You are additionally responsible for paying rent and utilities until somebody moves in. Their application process is incredibly slow, and the income requirements are extreme...so locating someone to move in is like searching for a needle in a stack of hay. They need a simpler and faster way to decide if someone is qualified or not.
