Been here 7 years some ups and downs over the years However we have an AWESOME new manager here who goes out of her way to help her tennants Very good maintenance staff as well

The new property manager is absolutely amazing She trys her hardest to help those who need it shes understanding and very polite Quick to answer emails back Couldnt ask for a better landlord

Well i gave a 1 star to Riverview bend apts but now we have a new manager here and she is doing a great deal of work here trying to make things right again its hard to come and fix things that the old manager madeAre new manager i will gave a 5 star more ...
