There was no signage at the parking lot that stated if it was for residents or visitors, so I parked right in front of their townhouse. Then the management firm suddenly towed my car. I noticed it was gone at around 9:45pm and contacted the management company to find out where my car was. The person that answered the phone was very impolite and disdainful. He didn't answer my inquiry about my car, but instead gave me a 15 minute lecture about how I infringed on their tenants' rights. I attempted to stop him from speaking, but he just kept going. Furthermore, he added that I'd better retrieve my automobile quickly, since it's $250 per day. It was already past 10pm when he told us where the towing company was, but unfortunately, the towing company closes at 10pm. The whole situation was extremely irritating.Update: My friend and I went to the leasing office to ask about the parking regulations. Michelle couldn't explain the rules coherently. When we asked for extra information about parking, she blamed us of "harassing" her. Furthermore, the management is really poor and inconsistent. My friend was originally allocated to parking spot #18, then the leasing office allocated #18 to another tenant without any notification. more ... hide ...
