This establishment have a waiting list of tenants with broken heating/air units along with other things. The water randomly gets shut off without any warning. Fluctuating landlords (over 4 landlords in a little over 6 months time). Can be rude when tenants inquire about unsteady rent prices. Management unhesitatingly suggest that residents relocate, or threaten to take residents to court as opposed to fixing things that are included in the rent. Residents have been terminated during the pandemic. Only one maintenance person available.The Better Business Bureau should surely evaluate/investigate this leasing physicality.
