Maintenance is terrible. One has been arrested for punching a tenant and still works there. Landlord also never gives you a copy of your lease. Place is littered with drugs. A three bedroom and 1 two bedroom is condemed for having a meth lab. Tenants fight all the time. One man punched woman in the face and he still lives here. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Apartments are never fixed properly and the bare minimum is done.
