Well I must say I am the longest and oldest person that has been living here in Brandywood Acres I have been living here for over 40 years and have liked it here since day one Still like it here One big thing that Brandywood Acres really should have Well I must say I am the longest and oldest person that has been living here in Brandywood Acres I have been living here for over 40 years and have liked it here since day one Still like it here One big thing that Brandywood Acres really should have had is a few of the apartments truly should have been three and or four bedrooms screen doors also washer dryer hook up I said that from day one when I moved in Also what is truly needed now is another building or two for laundry room One in the whole complex is truly not enough and or more washers and dryers But now its changed so very very much at times I think I want to move So so so many changes and rules My concern is that there is nothing here no longer for the littlest children once theyve removed the park At least mothers could sit with their child at the park and push them on a swing or down a slide Even could have tea time with them at the picnic table and or have a cook out by the picnic tables I once was able to do that with my childchildren but now Im raising my three grandchildren here in Brandywood Acres And the children has not one thing that they truly can do in Brandywood Acres Parents cant no longer even wet their children down in the hot spring and summer months Too many changes with all that and none for the good I truly would at least like to see a park back in Brandywood Acres with swings slides and or even a little rocking horse elephant alligator and or let the parents wet their chidren down in the hot spring and summer days Over all Brandywood Acres is a decent place to live and I would highly recommend Brandywood Acres The office managers is kind and respectful The maintenances people are also respectful They listen to your concerns and or problems with their apartments and or grounds area and do their upmost to get to any problems that occurs I can say for myself that out of all theses years I have been living in Brandywood Acres out of all the places in Jacksonville Brandywood is the best place to live The apartments are a decent size but still should build some apartments that have three and or four bedrooms and also the grounds are kept up really nice I also can say I have and still enjoy living in Brandywood Acresmore ...hide ...

We hThe company motto of "putting tenants first to generate long-term value" is misleading. We were given a rental with a roach infestation and droppings, and have experienced roach bites. *Update: even our 9-month-old golden doodle has been bitten! We had traveled from many miles away, so we couldn't just turn around and leave. We had never before lived in such a poor state. The firm claims to exterminate every three months, but the facts suggest otherwise. After learning that one of the other units in our building has been infested for years, we asked for proof of extermination but our demand was rejected. This housing company should be embarrassed. It is clear that their priority is money, not tenants. In light of our experience, the positive reviews make no sense. Be mindful of who you put your trust in! Photos: dead roaches, cabinets covered in sugar, roach hiding in peeling ceiling, kitchen drawer with roach droppings, roach-damaged cabinets, water damage, doorbell mechanism covered in roach droppings, living roaches painted over before we moved in!, bedroom closet shelf with roach droppings, shower with droppings on top, bathroom cabinet with roach painted on it, roach bites!, and gumified roach body found in microwave!more ...hide ...
