hello my name is stephanie pearl lane i am 30 years old I have two little girls ages 2 and 6 lilliana wilkerson and london wilkerson my 6 year old goes to that elementary B O right at the light i have a little family that lives out here now so i am hello my name is stephanie pearl lane i am 30 years old I have two little girls ages 2 and 6 lilliana wilkerson and london wilkerson my 6 year old goes to that elementary B O right at the light i have a little family that lives out here now so i am trying to move her to get closer to them And this location is the perfect spot for me and my girls My rental history 6 years at my last place and 3 years at the house before that I work all the time and at night i do school online at home my 2 year old is not in day care right now bc of the amount it is to put her in that is a little to high for me right now so i let her go with my mom her grandma or her father which is Wilson as well so again this is perfect location for me and my little girls I have one car not loud lol NO PETS AT ALL ON MY 2 LITTLE GIRLS LOL more ... hide ...

The lady that rented me my apartment, went on leave to give birth to her child but replace her position with a family member that couldnt answer not ONE question when I am a tenant here now and management is the WORST!! On one occasion I had a concern and once again she couldnt answer a question I asked her to call her sister ( the lady who rented me my apartment) and she responded that the property management said she doesnt have the time!! So unprofessional!! Mind you I have been staying here since July and I still dont have a mailbox key, because the one she had given me never worked and promise she would fix it, but being really cheap they tried to fix them themselves and Im figuring thats against the law so everyday my mailbox is open where anyone can walk out and take my mail! Again I called the property management and she tells me to pay 15 dollars and get it fixed when that should have been done before renting out the apartment!!! But to sum it all up I would advise this not to be a thought about moving here, just not a good place at all especially not for kids!!! more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
