I visited the property multiple times in two weeks and either no one was there or the lady wouldn't answer the door. After waiting for 40 minutes and having two residents come and knock and call, still no response. The maintenance man arrived for a second time while I was still there and I asked him if I could get a different number to contact someone - then he went inside and she let me in. She told me her job was too demanding and she didn't have time for the place - she travels a lot and was too busy for calls and dealing with anyone. She also said she was on lunch, though it was after 3:30pm and the place closed at 5. When I asked for her boss's name and number or anyone that was over her that could respond to my query, she said she was the boss and refused to give me any numbers. How can someone be in charge of an area if they aren't there to answer questions or address concerns from current or future tenants? Yes, signs are posted, but if no one is there and no one responds to emails or calls, what good are they? You need additional staff in your office. more ... hide ...
