The apartments are in disrepair When a problem is reported it is not repaired Heat pumps do not work most of the time Pipes leak tubs back up and wont drain tiles are coming off of the floors paint peels off of the walls There are no screens on the W The apartments are in disrepair When a problem is reported it is not repaired Heat pumps do not work most of the time Pipes leak tubs back up and wont drain tiles are coming off of the floors paint peels off of the walls There are no screens on the Windows so they can be opened for fresh air Windows are easily accessed from the outside Management changes constantly so nothing is ever done to make the apartments nice more ... hide ...

I had a HORRIBLE experience living there There wasnt much room for a child to play within sight the drama levels were HIGH the neighbor next door could hear EVERYTHING you were doing The previous manager was hardly there and the level of safety you f I had a HORRIBLE experience living there There wasnt much room for a child to play within sight the drama levels were HIGH the neighbor next door could hear EVERYTHING you were doing The previous manager was hardly there and the level of safety you felt was very low with the HIGH levels of drama that the residents and sometimes manager displayed There was also drug activity in the area which the manager did nothing about Its under new management since I last lived there so I dont know if any of this has been resolved or not I would NEVER recommend this to anyone more ... hide ...
