I've been living in this place for almost 3 years, and I've had to handle 2 nosy site managers. The first one was going through my mail; I reported him to the police and the post office. The present manager, Ms. Ingrid, threw out all of my possession I've been living in this place for almost 3 years, and I've had to handle 2 nosy site managers. The first one was going through my mail; I reported him to the police and the post office. The present manager, Ms. Ingrid, threw out all of my possessions from my apartment without providing me with a move-out date or even obtaining a key from me. As per rules, they are not allowed inside unless it is a service call or inspection or if they think something untoward is happening within the premises – so why did she enter without authorization? To make matters worse, I'm filing a civil suit as they should be held responsible for her action and pay for what she removed. Don't move here! It's not safe enough for your children as there's no park where they can play; furthermore, the office staff is very nosy and break laws without any inhibition whatsoever! Someone needs to take charge against this behavior – but it seems like their wrongdoings won't stop until then... To add insult to injury, the personnel at the office tell everyone else about what you do – nothing stays confidential with them! And even when I tried contacting corporate about it all, of course nobody cared.... That's why I'm writing this review - because my items were costly due to having worked hard and bought them myself; being thrown out without me knowing was extremely uncalled for – it only proves how low income housing people are treated here....
