The manager is well-intentioned, but the other woman in the office, Jackie, is unpleasant, discourteous, and disrespectful. The company that owns the property, PK Management, has an impressive mission statement, but they don't appear to care either. Phone calls and follow-ups are met with silence. My air conditioning has been broken for more than a month - three different explanations have been given, yet none of them have been investigated by a professional or someone competent. My kitchen cabinet fell off the wall two months ago and still hasn't been repaired. The back door threshold became dislodged from the door warping in the middle, yet it took two months for them to come and nail on a new one - light and rain still come in through it. Paint is peeling off everywhere, the drywall is cracked, and there are exposed nails and screws everywhere. It's as if this place has no regard for the fact that I have two kids living here, despite their claims to care for their tenants, whether they are paying or not. This place is trashy high crime rate with robbery do dont walk out at nightthe apartment s a sewage backup an molded they need to close it down Maintenance dont fix anything An the got all these high price nice apartments build around the hood WOW
