Furthermore, you must write ten progress notes each week and submit them within 24 hours of the day. Morning meetings that take up your time are also expected. Team leaders are passive-aggressive, even when you are right, forcing you to correct them. They will praise you while they terminate you, without voicing support for your hard work. I am disappointed that I won't be able to continue my work with the families I have connected with over the past two months, as Easter Seals will terminate you without appreciating the efforts made.
