(4.2/5) (607) 776 - 4139 105 GENEVA ST , BATH , NY 14810 Housing types: Low Income Apartments buildings / Section 8 vouchers accepted total apartment units: 151, assisted housing category: insured-subsidized, contract term: 240 months, 202/8 nc , between 131% & 140% fmr, 1bedroom: $641.00 Yvonne Partridge (4.2/5) I was in the older part of the building. The lobby areas are clean and well kept. However the hallways to the apartments look a little shabby. The laundry room is hot and the machines seem to break down regularly and one I was in the older part of the building. The lobby areas are clean and well kept. Meals have gone up to 4 dollars and have to be taken in the apartment since Covid virus, which means theyre not going to be hot. We just got home actually. I am lucky to have my daughter and thankfully my son came and told me.
