I would STRONGLY urge you to consider Towner Crest. My mother has been living there for the past five months, and she is incredibly delighted. When we toured the residence initially with Amy, we were welcomed by both the staff and the other inhabitan I would STRONGLY urge you to consider Towner Crest. When we toured the residence initially with Amy, we were welcomed by both the staff and the other inhabitants. Amy was fantastic in aiding us in obtaining the appropriate apartment for our mother. She addressed every inquiry we had and kept us well-informed. My mom relocated from a large condominium to an apartment with a wonderful sunroom; at first, we were apprehensive about how she would adjust, but after two nights, she felt at home (quicker than we anticipated). There are both storage and underground parking facilities that she makes use of. Towner Crest keeps us informed often, and my mother is well aware of the day-to-day happenings. There is an abundance of activities to partake in, such as the movies and Packers games in the lovely theater, trips to the Fireside, a variety of eateries, the Oconomowoc Arts Center, grocery shopping at regional stores, and going to thrift stores. In addition to these outings, she delights in attending Church in Fellowship Hall, playing bingo, scrabble, and crafting. She also enjoys the fact that she can go to the salon on the ground floor for a haircut/dye job and use the fitness center. My mother is in Towner Crest in the memory care unit and they give her excellent care We have had other family members in a number of other facilities over the years and Towner Crest provides the best care I have seen
