She based it off of the fact that they had an emotional support animal, but said that the documents allowing the dog, which had been given to the previous landlord, could not be found. Without giving the tenants time to provide a new set of documents for the animal, she gave them just one day to move out, even though legally they would have had between seven and thirty days to collect their belongings and leave. On the day they were supposed to move out, she changed the locks and locked the dog inside with no one to take care of her or provide her with water. The family was unable to get in and get their things and the landlord refused to speak to the older brother of the lease holder, threatening to call the police if they didn't vacate the premises. She was manipulative and disrespectful. I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST LIVING IN CENTENNIAL PARK APARTMENTS!!more ...hide ...
They are doing a lot of great updates including the new parking lots I wish they would have included more ramps into the lot so people with disabilities can get on and off the sidewalks
It is obvious by the constant legal trouble and presence of cop cars with their lights flashing that it is low income housing It is a mess and makes me almost feel sketched out to even drive past it to work
