They advertise that they base rent on your income, but instead they set a fixed rent and decide whether you can live there based on whether they think you can pay it. The images displayed are far from accurate, as the building is consistently unclean and the hallways are rarely ever cleaned. There is a pervasive stench of animal excrement in the hallways, combined with trash and other messes that people have discarded and left on the floor. I stayed in the same apartment for two years out of necessity, yet the issues I was told would soon be fixed were still unresolved after two years, despite me making numerous phone calls and work orders to get them fixed. This property charges excessive amounts of money for the dismal condition of the building and the poor maintenance of the apartments. To top it off, there is almost never anyone available to speak to, except for Wednesdays and Thursdays. What kind of apartment complex has no consistent manager, superintendent, or landlord who is accessible to the tenants? more ... hide ...
