The man who came over to clear the kitchen derain was very goodnnI found it very irritating to have to deal with someone not local to have somebody come out on a weekend If I didnt have a wet or dry shop the apt would have been flooded

Theres also people using the parking lot as room and board, along with the squealing of tires and racing thru the parking lot at 2AM.
