On Thursday and Friday I called the office manager, who said they would inform the maintenance man; however, no one ever showed up. With temperatures hitting 102 degrees that weekend and us on the third floor with a 2-year-old and 2-month-old baby, our apartment was like an oven! Not wanting to wait until Monday for someone who wouldn't come again, I installed the A/C myself. On Monday morning I found an eviction notice on my door due to me placing the A/C without permission. After trying multiple times to talk about this matter with them without success, they took me to court over minor nicks on a fridge as well as a popped out window screen and installing my own A/C. Despite having only lived there for two months total before all of this happened – which resulted in fines – they were not willing to work with me. What would you do if you were stuck in an apartment that hot with such young kids? Would you install your air conditioning if nobody from property management or maintenance shows up? This experience was extremely disheartening after being so enthusiastic about moving here originally; thus, do NOT live here! To add insult more ... hide ...

They could care less if your vehicle gets towed due to a non visible parking pass even if you give the office your vehicle registration information
