Place is a dump and a haven for ppl that dont want to work do drugs and have the government pay there way theres 36 units there and only 5000 grand is collected from all 36 tenants combined and 32000 thirty two thousand

Lived there for six yrs place has gone down hill..matinace is lacking..no deadbolts on apartment doors..thay fine u for opening windows...and fight u for your security deposit..grounds are in poor condition weeds overgro
