Because we not only RECEIVED OUR MONEY BACK, the judge criticized the owners due to their unawareness of what "pro-rated" was, and in their profession...."that is WORRYING", said the judge.If you rent through APM.....TAKE PHOTOS when you move in, and ASSUME they will take your security deposit.
