We have been here for five years and have been very happy The people in the office are very friendly Maintenance and the grounds people do such a great job Snow is always taken care of and the grounds always look great

I have been a resident since September and am absolutely delighted! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming when I arrived for a tour. Any issues I have encountered were handled effectively and with a friendly attitude. The layout is open, giving it a unique character compared to other apartments. There are plenty of closets, and even a huge storage locker in the basement. My neighbours were warm and welcoming, and the sense of community provides a comforting sense of security. The price is well worth it, especially considering the included basic cable. If you're looking for a homey feel instead of a cramped apartment, this is the perfect place.
