When I first reported the problem to the office on Thursday, they said they would tell maintenance. However, on Friday I called again and was told maintenance was busy and wouldn't be able to help. I called after hours on Saturday and finally got hold of maintenance, who said they would work on it on Monday. But, Monday came and it was still leaking. I emailed the office multiple times with photos, but all I got in response was that they would let maintenance know. I had to call again on the weekend and then I finally got a reaction from maintenance. Nothing was done about this until three weeks later. I just got a call from the office today asking if the leak was fixed, after three weeks of misery. Things are only getting worse here. more ... hide ...
