Unfortunately after 2 to 3 yrs of my mom who is on her 7th year of dialysis been living there and a theft of over 10k my moms lifes savings was stolen out her apartment but the worst thing about this place is that management informed my mother and I Unfortunately after 2 to 3 yrs of my mom who is on her 7th year of dialysis been living there and a theft of over 10k my moms lifes savings was stolen out her apartment but the worst thing about this place is that management informed my mother and I that they dont get involved when asked if they can help with camera footage Which can be access or reviewed The person on that footage is the thieft and this place is that evil that they wont help us solve our mystery of who access my moms apartment and took her life savings its sad to know how evil people out there but even more sad you dont have that safe secure feeling living at a place like this Do your research because this place is far from providing our seniors loved ones with security and protection all they want is that rent paid who my mom has always paid in advanced and never late My mom will be one of thier best tenants they ever had once she is gone She lives with this hurt and insecurity now Please everyone be aware May the truth come out one day with Gods help AMEN more ... hide ...

Our 82 year old mother has lived here for 4 years on the 5th floor and we have found the building to be clean and well managed There are monthly inspections for bugs and other pests I guess we have never had any kind of a pest issue
