It is such that you are only able to complain to them, which leads to nothing being done and the abuse continuing. There is never any punishment or repercussions for their mistreatment of other people. I am not sure which of the two women in the office is the worst, so I would advise looking for somewhere else to live if it is a possibility. Additionally, I suspect there are burglars in the building as some of the more aged tenants have had items taken from their flats and notice that somebody has been inside them. As these people are elderly, the staff take advantage of them, as they rarely have funds and most do not have WiFi to set up surveillance cameras. If you have an elderly parent who needs to move into this building, like me, please consider it very carefully. My mother is having a difficult time due to the staff's ill-treatment, so I hope this helps someone else out there. more ... hide ...
