The voucher can start at 665.00 a month with tenant paying all utilities and utility allowance of $119.00 and tenant paying $0 in rent. $725.00 a month with tenant paying gas & electric with utility allowance of $55.00 and tenant pays $21.00 of rent and lastly $780.00 a month when utilities are all included in the rent with no utility allowance for tenant but tenant share of rent will be $76.00. Just moved in from the midwest, but so far INCREDIBLY sweet and helpful staff (Amanda), apartment is in great shape, and neighbors are nice. Its also close to lots of local resources, which is nice.
