I resided at Southgate Apartments, Carson City, Nevada from 2021-2022, and many of my experiences were emotionally and physically draining, with many disturbed nights due to the noise coming from my upstairs neighbor's bathroom activities till dawn, I resided at Southgate Apartments, Carson City, Nevada from 2021-2022, and many of my experiences were emotionally and physically draining, with many disturbed nights due to the noise coming from my upstairs neighbor's bathroom activities till dawn, or days of tobacco smoke seeping into my unit, or being unable to contact management when I was snowed in, or when my central heater stopped working during a snowstorm at night and I couldn't reach out, or when the outdoor lights were out at night and the area was extremely dark. I also had trouble keeping my balance inside my unit since the floor was unleveled, and when I mentioned this to management, I was told that I had accepted it (even though I had moved from another state and could not afford extra transportation and lodging costs). I was also unable to contact management regarding urgent matters so I emailed them. Despite loving the city, staying at Southgate was a financially, physically, mentally, and emotionally draining period for me. I moved out a few months later, which was also financially, physically, mentally and emotionally taxing. I would not recommend them at all. more ... hide ...
