Quaint and charming little neighborhood Affordably priced New management is great and very receptive plus they are doing really cool upgrades to some of the apartments Renae has been AWESOME to work with

I actually really love it hereIm not a bells and whistles kind of person so I dont mind that these are more modest apartments Its quiet and central enough and the price is great in my opinion but I did just move from Orlando I would gladly give it 5 I actually really love it hereIm not a bells and whistles kind of person so I dont mind that these are more modest apartments Its quiet and central enough and the price is great in my opinion but I did just move from Orlando I would gladly give it 5 stars but my only issue is that if you have a freak emergency for example my wallet was stolen and there is NOTHING I can do about it even with a police report they still want to charge a late fee I get it if thats habitual but the lack of compassion for something that is beyond my controlthat I have documented proof for after never having been late before is unsettling and comes across as cold and greedy Even my NYC property manager was more understanding and forgiving to their tenants when things happened beyond their control So the lack of understanding and grace is an adjustment but other than that I have nothing negative to report and have found my time here pleasant more ... hide ...
